I see that your account subscription (Bronze Monthly) was renewed 3 days ago. But, to my understanding, you would like the subscription to be canceled and you are asking to refund the payment for that renewal.
In that case, I have set your account back to the free subscription and I have submitted a refund request for the last payment.
The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. If you have other questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to let us know.
