How to make the date-time option become unavailable to the next client looking to book?

I'm a licensed massage therapist looking to, use jotform so my clients can conveniently book with me. Since I'm doing mobile massage, my time slots have to be limited, to include the time of traveling as well as setting up and breaking down the set up. I wanted to know, if I have an existing submission chosen for a specific time and date, will that option become unavailable to the next client looking to book?
