Email notification layout changed for the Multi-line Fields

    My form has changed its layout to Image B.  

    Can I please get it changed back to Image A?

    I can see you are referring to the multi-line fields on card form so I tested it here and it outputs the same as the image A.

    Perhaps it was only temporary, is it still display as the image B? If yes, could you please try the following?

    1. Delete the existing notifications in your form

    2. Create a new email notification

    Let us know if the problem still persists after that.

    I already did that (per someone else suggestion) that still did not work.

    problem still persists after that.
