Problems distinguishing between two accounts

    I'm really freaked out because I do not want this account deleted (Neenah71) and yet when I'm trying to delete another account (RandyDue), the contact form keeps reverting back to saying it's me - why? I can't see that the two are connected. Please contact me asap and assure me that my account (Neenah71) is not on the chopping block.

    So sorry for the confusion and previous contact forms.

    Only us from support can delete JotForm account. Your request to delete the other account was already responded to on your other thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1432769

    You can update us on that thread instead if you require further assistance.
