We have a payment form linked to our square account. We've had multiple people tell us it isn't working. Can you please tell me why? It will let me put the name in, but not any of the card information.
I sent in a support form a few days and still haven't heard back so this is pretty urgent.

One of our support member had already suggested a resolution, so it will be better if you just proceed and update the discussion on that thread.
