Sub-user account is not working, my account keep asking me to upgrade

Hi, 

My account estheruemed is a subuser account for the paid account uemtalent (

ghr.recruitment@uemnet.com). 

I can't seem to create any more form under the account. 

Could you please check?

Are trying to create a form under your account (estheruemed) or under the main account (uemtalent)?

I can see that you only have 2 forms in your account. When I clicked the "Create Form" button, I was able to create a new form.

If you are planning to create a form under the main account, then I suggest you create the form first to your account. After that, you can transfer it to the main account by dragging the form into the Shared folder. Please check this guide: How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account.
