Custom URL

    Dear, Good morning, a few days ago I made a form with the following link https://form.jotformz.com/felipeloredo/valoroperacoesfinanceiras, but today when I entered to change it the same does not appear in my section, where it should appear it does not appear no form. I would like to help you to understand what has happened and so make sure that it will not happen again. This is a form that needs to last for a long time. Regards,

    Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understood your question in full, but I can tell you the following. 

    Your form can be reached through the link you provided:

    But, I suppose that you have also tried to edit it at your "My forms" page and saw the address as https://www.jotform.com/build/80743605658665

    Please note that Custom Form URL does not modify the original URL of your form, it just gives additional modified one.
