I need to see if it is possible to change the user name on my account.

Yes it is, please provide 3 alternate usernames just in case the proposed username is not available.
Also, note that if you have custom URLs they will not longer work once we change the username, so you will need to create new ones: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
