Can I only use a paypal form for ten people purchasing something.  This is in your FAQ section.  What is correct?  And what is meant by received payments?

    Hi,

I have noticed that your account is currently subscribed to Bronze subscription. The 10 Received payments limit only applies to the ones with free account. Bronze account has a limit of 1000 Received payments.

The thread you found in the FAQ is from September 2015. We changed the Payment submission limits for all accounts on November 1, 2017.

The current payment submission limits are:

    Free/Starter - 3 Payment submissions

    Bronze - 10 Payment submissions

    Silver - 100 Payment submissions

Gold - Unlimited (100,000) payment submissions

On our Pricing page, you can find more about different account types and limits.

Payment Submissions - This is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. So for example, we have Paypal payment integration on our form, if a user fills out the form, submitted it and successfully completed the payment, then that would be counted as a payment submission.

With the Bronze plan, you can receive up to 10 payment submission per month. If you reach this limit your forms that have payment integration will be disabled. The forms without the payment integration will continue to work. You can then upgrade your account to a higher plan or wait for the submission counter to reset, which will happen on the first day of each month.
