How can I use a Google Sheet for Spreadsheet to Form widget?

IHi,

I have been using the Spreadsheet to Form widget by uploading an excel file. If I have a Google sheet file, do I have to download it to my PC then upload it to the widget or is there an alternate method?

Unfortunately, the only option to pre populate a google spreadsheet to a form is to download it and upload as static file through Spreadsheet to form widget.
