You charged me twice for availing bronze package then I upgraded to silver package right away. You have to refund the money you have charged me for the bronze package since I upgraded it to silver package already! Your costing me too much!Cancel the bronze package, for I will keep on availing the silver package. Refund all the money you have charged me. ASAP!
