Sender name & Subject when using encryption

    When i encrypt a form and submit via email, the customized From & Email fields I set in the Email settings are lost, they either revert to being from "JotForm" or sometimes (not everytime) it will display the hashed / encrypted string that is actually the data in the field for the sender name etc. Any way around this? I'd really like to have the sender name be accurate as when forms are submitted they are routed to our helpdesk and tickets are created for the client / user who corresponds to the sender name data.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to decrypt the Sender Email and Subject email if the form is encrypted because it is only possible to decrypt the content of the email Notification with the key.
