How do I increase payment submissions allowed?

    You have just upgraded your account to the Silver Monthly Plan. I think you're good now.

    Your Bronze Yearly is still active. I have requested the cancellation and prorated refund to our billing team. Our refund timeframe is within 4-10 business days. You should get a notification from Paypal about it.
