How to hide certain image in the Preview prior to Submit page?

How can I make that Preview prior to Submit and the Print pages look better?

    1.  I do not want the Premium Ad Sample, Standard Ad Sample, or Standard B&W Ad Sample labels and images to appear on either the Preview prior to Submit page or the page that is printed.

    2.  The 4 input tables for Dog Information appear all wonky.  How can I make the first column (grey column) to appear smaller on both the Preview prior to Submit and Print pages?

    3.  The first text box is HUGE when previewing and printing.  How can we make that smaller?

Since you have multiple questions in one thread, I have split your 2 other questions into different threads to avoid confusion on the original thread topic.

    1. For your questions #1, you can add a section collapse right above where the "Premium Ad Sample, Standard Ad Sample, or Standard B&W Ad Sample labels and images" appears

Then set the property settings of your "Show Form Sections" widget to no show the section.

Also, make sure that the button visibility is hidden for the section collapse.
