The Match Fields section is not working for me. The dropdown arrows don't show anything.

Please try checking on another browser or try to re-login before doing the integration again. I'm having issues with our Constant Contact account, so cannot test the integration this time. The integration will normally map the name and email fields automatically.
Also, make sure that you have a form created to your Constant Contact list/account.
