Auto populating field

Is it possible to add a field that populates based on what options are chosen from the dropdown properties?

An example would be if someone selected 'Option A' a field would appear stating 'Call us on 0845 ********* to discuss this chose futher'

Yes it is possible. In summary, the resulting text should be hidden. If someone select the 'Option A' field, the resulting text is shown.
