Can I retrieve the information entered in my form after a form reload?

I clicked the reload button for the resume attachment and my whole document was LOST BEFORE I got to submit it.

How can I retrieve my notes??

Do you mean to say you were filling up the form and pressed the refresh button? If this is the case, unfortunately, it clears the information and therefore cannot be retrieved anymore.
