Field is required in Payment Form even after filling the fields

    When one of my customers was trying to buy an event ticket via a Jotform on their mobile device, the form wouldn't recognize their credit card expiration month/year. He was using Safari on his iPhone. I can't send a screenshot because it includes his credit card info. But the error highlights the Expiration Month and Year for the credit card and says "This field is required" even though it is filled out correctly.

    Can you tell me what went wrong so the problem can be avoid in the future?

    I believe this is the form that you are talking about.
    I was redirected to that form after clicking the Register Now button on your website.

    I have tried filling that form on an iPhone device but I was not able to replicate the issue.


    Please make sure that the user has selected a product and a Quantity of the product. The warning "This field is required." will show if the product is selected but the Quantity is 0.


    Let us know if the issue persists after filling all the fields and setting a Quantity of the product.
