The "Configurable List" widget doesn't set to "REQUIRE" when a condition is met

I want to set a Configuration List widget to "REQUIRE" using a filled field condition .

Strangely, the widget seems to become "REQUIRE" as I can see the red asterisk beside the title of the widget. But, if I try to submit the form without filling out the widget I receive no warning and the submission completes.

Access code to see the form: tempo

    Any suggestions?

If you have a Configurable List Widget on your form and the field is set required, it is sufficient to fill one field of the widget to be considered as filled.
Here is an example where the widget has two text fields. If you don't fill either field, the warning will show. If you will one of the fields, the warning will not show.

The Configurable List Widgets on your form have time fields. Those time fields have a default value. This is why the widgets are always being considered as filled.

I suggest you use the default Time field element for this in your form. I noticed that you have limited the items of the Widgets to 1 so I believe this would be a possible workaround.
