JotForm Links are not working

    I receive numerous email which contain a link to a JotForm Form but they do not work when I read the email in Outlook or an online browser.

    They only work on my iPhone.  Is there a way around this issue?

    I have checked the email you provided, but it seems that there is no account associated with this email. I also can't see any email sent at our mail logs. But, I can suggest to make sure that your are logged in to your JotForm account at your PC and check the links again. 

    If you could provide us any information about the error you receive and the form ID, we would be glad to check it closer.

    Sorry,
    I don’t have a JotForm account. I receive emails from Miss Texas and the email would be set to director@misssanantonio.org or rtrinidad@misssanantonio.org.
    The latest email was sent from jan-mitchell@sbcglobal.net
    This is exactly how it comes in.

    Many of you have registered on-line for this weekend but some have not because you prefer to bring a check.
    Please fill out this form yourself and then forward the link to your Local Board. This is only for your local pageant.
    We need to make sure we have the correct count to give to the hotel (especially for the Banquet since we pay for what we commit).

    Thank you for providing additional information. I have checked the emails you provided and can see 2 emails sent from JotForm. One of them includes a link to a form, which was deleted by it's owner. 

    The email you shared does not include a link to check. But, it seems that I have found that form and can confirm that it is working properly. It seems that your email client is blocking links. Can you please check if the following link works for you?

    The strange thing is it works when reading the email on an iPhone but not in Outlook or web browsers. All I get is the graphics as show above with no active link.
    The link is what I copied from the working iPhone.

    The URL link works everywhere but the original email with the embedded link only works on an iPhone. All my email clients are IMAP so they all point to the same email but link is not functional in MS Outlook or when viewing the email in any web browser. Strange that this only happens with JotForm links sent with the graphic. I’m not sure if the sender is doing something which prevents this from working in every email client or browser.

    I checked and test the form URL link https://form.jotform.com/81005558084152  and it is loading and working on any browser I tested so far.

    Can you please describe the steps to reproduce the issue? We will try replicate the steps and see if we can reproduce the problem also.

    So far from what I understand, the steps were like these:

    1. Open the email message.

    2. From the email message, click on the form URL link https://form.jotform.com/81005558084152

    3. The form will not load on the browser used.
