How to have custom payment form

i would love to pay for the 4 boxes of greeting cards ordered. A percentage goes to Second Chance Dog Rescue. I ordered 166.00 worth. All fields were entered correctly 4 times with a error stated each time. Just hope I don’t have a 2000.00 with of cards ordered. A service rep would be nice to talk to concerning this issue.
