In your account settings page, you need to uncheck JotForm Branding option.

Is allready unchecked. The problem is that a person of my teame ho create the forme, before never shows this problem, now my forms are in a folder named MASMUDI ( shared with you ), if she dont make the form in to masmudi, this keep showing your branding. in 9 years never had this problem before.

I checked the account (MASMUDI) and it is a free account. That's the reason JotForm Branding is available to the (MASMUDI) forms.
Please take note that Sub-user account does not share the subscription level of the Main account. The Sub-user accounts can only manage your forms and submissions.

I hope this information helps.

Sorry for the confusion.
I checked the page URL you provided and I submitted a test submission. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue. There's no JotForm Branding after clicking the Submit button. Please check the screenshot of my test:
Please check it again and if the issue still persists, let us know. Thank you.

John, like i told you, when a create the form from a subuser apears this problem. I have to put on the main user. And this problem is new, from 9 years to know i dident have this problem. if the main user is bronze so the other user cant create forms without this limitation. know after a chage in your jotform panel, the subuser dont see the forms directly, but have to clic on forms shared with you to acces all the forms.

Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused. As my colleague has mentioned if you have a sub-user account and create form under it and share the form with another user under Bronze plan, kindly note that the shared form will have limitation of the free plan which is the form owner account regardless of sharing form with a Paid plan account.
There might have been an issue that this setting was not affecting your free account before and we apologize for this but this is the standard of limitations of shared forms.
Kindly do let us know if you need further assistance.
