I have just started using your templates and have a couple of questions:

How can I create subsequent product pages, I have tried duplicating the page but it will not work.

Can I remove the need for pricing as I want to use the form purely as an order/delivery form showing no prices

You can use our Purchase Order payment tool in order to allow users to select and order products without any payment.
