We need to change the subscription plan. Help!

    Hi

    You have recently taken payment from our account for the Bronze package, for a year.

    Unfortunately this is not the correct plan for us as we need more than 10 payments.

    Can you refund me this amount and I will subscribe to the $39 monthly plan instead?

    I see that your account was renewed with Bronze yearly subscription plan. We can switch the account subscription to Silver monthly plan from our end. Please confirm so that we can proceed further.

    Don't mind doing that as long as its a monthly one going forward.

    Please advise if ok to do this?

    As per your request, we have now switched your account subscription to Silver monthly plan. The subscription amount will be prorated and the rest of the amount shall be refunded. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
