I downgraded to a free account since I do not need payment forms anymore. When I did it says the acoount hasd been cancelled. I still want to keep my forms. Please advise. Ralf

The message "cancel" is the reason why you have downgraded your subscription.
Your account would be downgraded to free on 2018-4-20 and your forms and account won't be deleted.
