I am receiving multiple emails asking me to upgrade my account, but account has already been upgraded and I have not met the payment submission limit for the Silver upgrade yet.

I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Silver subscription plan. As I check the account usage limits, they all are in within the limits. I have now removed the scheduled downgrade of your account. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
