I could not connect Form Calculation total to Authorize.net for payment

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for creating the demo form... I did what you said and got 80% there. However, I could not connect Form Calculation total to Authorize.net for payment.   

You sent me a second message with an easier way, but I didn't understand the conditions part.

[An easier way to make the calculation is to make the conditions set the price for the week in the appropriate Number field instead of setting it to 1. Then, you would just add all the Number fields (Week 1 Selected + Week 2 Selected + ...).]

As far as I could see, you still need to add the conditional logic to fill the number field with a value of 1. Then you need to calculate the prices to get the final total into the Calculation field. 

We can help with this. What is the price per week? That's the only missing details in the form.
