Can we reset unique submissions rules after a time period?

Hi,

Can we reset submissions rules after a time period...lets say after one month?

If we pick strict rules where IP and cookies are checked, can we set that the customer will be able t submit after a one month period?

They have to reset both IP and Browser Cookies to submit again in the form. Unfortunately, there is no option to reset any of these in the form settings.
