Refund for cancelled subsription

Hi, 

I had signed up for a Bronze subscription on March 8th and have cancelled it on April 17th, thus wanted to understand how the refund for the remainder of the year works as only two months of the subscription were used at $19/month. 

You can keep using your subscription until 2019-03-09 and after this time your account will be downgraded to free or we can refund for the unused time of your subscription Bronze Yearly as per your request. 

Yes I would like to cancel my subscription and request the refund for the rest of the year. Kindly let me know what else is required from my side for this.
