Is it possible to upload Email Addresses and Names in Bulk?

I am trying to create a condition where if a name is selected from a drop down, a auto respond email is sent to their email address. i know how to do this one by one in the conditions settings, but I need to add about 300 names and emails. Is there any way to do this in a bulk process or would I have to do this one by one?

Unfortunately, such process (adding conditional logic that will send all those emails) is not possible to do in bulk, you can only do it one by one I'm afraid.
