What is the best existing form that I can use to create a monthly content Intake form? Each answer needs to be expandable depending on the amount of c

Also, you are posting your forum description in the title so it is cut off when you post it. You said something about an expandable field, can you explain that further as well? 

Yes the user will choose a category for example they want us to feature products in their monthly social media - here they need to able list which ones they want. We have no way of pre determining how many and what they want to say about each.
There could be several categories they choose from and each one will need to have their input on so our writers can take that information and expand on it for our posts.
