I have a problem with site connection. Moreover, the scans and photoes in the application forms are not available for beeing downloaded.

You form is active:
1. Are you saying you cannot access the form? We were recently facing issue with Russian ISPs. Can you let us know which ISP you are using?
2. Also you say you cant view your submissions right? Are they blank like this:
If so replace the subdomain with "eu". So it reads like this:
