We need to obtain a Third Party Service Agreement with jotform for our school, according to the links below.

Can this be arranged?

The ticket was escalated to our manager. In the meantime, could you please send us a copy of agreement to support@jotform.com for our evaluation.

Signing these documents do not seem necessary as JotForm is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). As of 25 May, 2018, GDPR will replace the Data Protection Directive. Please read more about it here:
