Input Table: Drop down menu option preset values to 5

I have an input table contain a matrix (8 rows, 2 columns) each with a drop down menu with options 5,4,3,2,1.  

I'd like them all to be preset to 5

Is this possible ?

(Input Table field) Are you referring to add a Placeholder or do you want to start the Dropdown menu field to 5?

Unfortunately, there's no option in the Input Table field to achieve that.
