    I checked the website you provided and could not find any JotForm form on it. I also checked your e-mail in order to find the related form, I was not able to find any form, too.

    Lastly, I checked our Captcha field, Google reCAPTCHA widgets. They all work fine on my side.

    Could you share the exact URL that you have JotForm form in it? We will be waiting for your reply.
