Can't upgrade: It keeps saying switching in process and never goes anywhere

    It keeps saying switching in process and never goes anywhere as I try to upgrade to silver with the monthly payment section

    Hi SusanCantor,

    I've checked your account and there wasn't an alert on plan upgrade section. You are currently on Bronze Plan. Can you please try again to upgrade your plan?

    We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    As your previous subscription is including a biyearly subscription, it causes this problem. In order to upgrade your account to silver, you need to downgrade first to free and upgrade to silver.

    I currently have forms that are in use for a conference. If I downgrade first will all of the links on my forms still work? I cannot have the system down.
