Submissions from Cuba are being blocked

Hello,

Do you have record of residents of Cuba having issues completing Jotforms? I have received two cases today with persons having issues with submitting a form. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We did not receive similar reports lately. This can be due to a network connection problem on each site.
