Excel report is not working

    Hi,


       We I create a excel report it wont let me open. please advise

    Please tell us the URL of your form that have the issue. You have multiple forms already so I was not able to immediately identify which form it is.

    We will investigate further once we know more details.

    I did test the form Excel Report and it is working on my test as of this checking.

    We will wait for your updated response.

    I've checked the form in question and the excel report export is opening without a problem.

    It might be specific to your working environment, so can you please share more information about:

    1- Were you able to download the XLSX file and what is the size of it as in KB?

    2- Are you getting any specific errors when you try to open the file?

    3- What software are you using to open the mentioned file?

    4- If you are able to, please try to open/import the XSLX file in the Google Spreadsheets service.
