I just deleted over 200 submissions but it is still telling me that I need to upgrade, why?

I reviewed your account and I was not able to see the upgrade alert anymore. The account is Active and forms are available.

I suggest you also try refresh your browser and log in to your account again.

You can also review your current account usage limits in your my account usage section https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

You should see that only your number of forms limit is in the max limit (for the FREE account). While the rest of the usage limits were all still below the 50% limits.
