Survey submissions & results not syncing to Salesforce

    The test results from our quiz are not syncing back to our salesforce sandbox. I can see the submissions show in JotForm and all the authentication credentials have been verified, but it's still not syncing back to salesforce. 

    Also, I don't see a way to sync the company name (field from quiz) to the account name (field on contact in salesforce). For whatever reason, that field does not show in the list of available fields.

    Could we possibly set up a call so I can show you what we have?

    Your last form ID is this https://form.jotform.com/81274174823155.

    It is currently integrated with Salesforce and mapped to email and name fields only. You also have provided a campaign ID. Please make sure that the ID is correct as this will cause the problem in the integration. Did you copy/paste this ID into the box? If not, please do it instead of manually typing the whole text.

    By default, there is no company field for Contacts. It is only available with Leads. You may consider creating a custom field on your Contact dashboard to map with your company field in Jotform.

    I did copy and paste the campaign ID. For some reason, if the user submitting the quiz is not already associated to that campaign, they are getting added to the campaign (without a company name, probably because you said we cannot use that field to match a sync) but the quiz results are not syncing at all. 

    How can I get it to sync with the custom object I created under contacts (called JotForm Quiz Results)? Do I need the quiz fields to be directly on the contact page layout vs on the custom object? When I select sync to contacts, it is only showing contact fields, not the fields within the custom object which is related to contacts. When I select sync to leads, the screen goes white and I have to refresh the page, which takes me out of the integration settings. 

    I don't understand what you mean by "consider creating a custom field on your Contact dashboard to map with your company field in Jotform" -- would that be on the JotForm or salesforce side?

    Are you using the Quiz Form app? https://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form 

    Please note that the results can not be integrated with Salesforce, only the data that was selected. If the submission data is not being passed, please make sure that your Salesforce credentials are updated, and try generating a new Security Token to integrate with.

    We are not using the Quiz Form app, this is just a regular form with conditional logic to show/hide the answers.

    Just to confirm, are you saying there is no way whatsoever to get the quiz results to integrate with salesforce? I realize the result data is not currently selected in the sync criteria, but is there a way to do that? 

    Also, I would say that most of my previous questions were not answered adequately or at all...

    Make sure your field-level security for profile is visible with your custom object.

    I'm not sure I understood your question correctly. Are you referring to the result being emailed to your users after the form is submitted?

    If so, there is no option to sync those fields.
