Form: wrong title when sharing in Facebook

My link on Facebook for my new forms shows the wrong title.  I have changed the settings but it is still incorrect.  Both of the new forms that I made this year (by copying the old form) show the wrong titles.  My Village Co-Op form shows PEACE 2017-2018 Registration when posted to Facebook.  Any my PEACE 2018-2019 registration form shows the same thing.  I need to post this to facebook today, please help!

To fix this issue, please enter your form link on this facebook tool and click debug.

https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

You would be prompted to fetch the new information.

After clicking the Fetch new information, click Scrape Again.
