Google Spreadsheet Integration still not loading

Hello,

I'm drafting a JotForm right now, and need the integration into google drive. The loading symbol hasn't integrated yet, and it's been about 45min-1hr. This is somewhat time sensitive, and the integration still hasn't happened. I did refresh 3 times to try again, to no avail.

I tested the Google Spreadsheet integration and it is working properly. Here's a screencast of my test:

Thanks for the response. I went ahead and removed the old integration, opened up a different browser, and am experiencing the same issue.

I modified an old JotForm that already had an integrated folder, then added a new integration with a new spreadsheet name. It's still not working in a different browser (I tried both firefox and chrome). Is it possible that part of the issue is because of the old form integration?

I cloned your form to test it on my end and I was able to integrate the Google Spreadsheet. I also tested it but I disabled the pop-up window and it just keeps loading. Please check my screencast for both tests:

Can you please try cloning your form and try to integrate it again? Also, is it okay if I log in your account to test it further?
