How to put astric marks for all questions to be answered on my request form?

You can use an asterisk marks to be required of each field.

To set as be required each input elements, follow these steps:

1 - Open form in 'Edit Mode'.

2 - Select a element which you would be a required.

3 - Click 'Properties' .

4 - Change 'Require' settings .

3 - Select a other field ( with Ctrl/Command + click )

4 - Click 'Select all'

5 - Click 'Require'
