Content with values are not calculating in the Payment box.

    The only values that appear in the Payment box is $70 and %650 for individual and team registration. Values for (1) additional players and (2) jersey's aren't calculating. How can I get those back operating as they were before?

    To fix the issue you are having with your form, I would suggest that you try removing the "$" (dollar sign) from the Calculation Values of each option in the HOW MANY ADDITIONAL PLAYERS ARE YOU REGISTERING (beyond 10)? and Jersey Size fields which are both parts of the calculation to get the Total.
