E-Signature feature does not work with Signature pad

We are trying to connect our Topaz Systems Inc signature pad which needs to be configured to jotform.com, I am told that it needs to be developed and or integrated with the website. Just need to know if you have tips or advise on connecting it with signature pad.

Does your Signature Pad works on other E-Signature app / widget online? Also, have you tried using other browser and tested your signature pad?

Jotform has a lot of signature widget available for you test. Have you tried them all? You can check it from here https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature.
