My Iphone could not make payment on jotform (Paydollar), how come?

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to integrate PayDollar payment gateway on your forms for receiving payments? As I check your email address, I do not see any accounts registered with it. However, based on the last edited form I notice that you are referring to the account ifphk2000.
