Suspended Acccount

My account was suspended.  if it was for phishing, like other on here, can you please delete the offending data and reopen. 

The form that triggered the suspension is actually a from in the trash of your account.  It was a credit card update form that was last modified in 2015.

I activated your account, but I would strongly recommend purging that form from the trash and removing and fields from other forms that request credit card details.
