    Hi.

    i've created a jot Form - https://jotform.com/build/80785442484869

i've placed some form calculations after each question. For example each question drop down option of yes/no gives you a score of 0/5 in nearly all cases

You'll also see at the bottom of the jot form it calculates all the score. How its designed if i have 3 deviations on my quality check, they'll score 15 (3x5)

However, what i'm looking for is another formula below the score formula which will be TOTAL SCORE. This score starts at 100. This formula will be 100 minus (Score). Therefore if they score 15, i will calculate their audit as 85%, if they score 20, it'll be 80% and so on

Hope this is clear enough for you and you can assist me

    Regards

    Neal

Aside from the Engineer Name, FAT Type, Install Type, and STB Count drop-down fields, there are other 16 drop-down fields in the form you shared with us where you have added calculation values to.

    15 of those 16 drop-down fields will either give a value of 0 or 5. And the remaining drop-down will give 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25.

Adding all the highest possible score that one can get when filling up those 16 drop-down fields, it will be equal to a hundred (100).

    5 pts (max) * 15 questions = 75 pts and

    25 pts (max) * 1 question = 25 pts.

It is correct that you added all the question's values to get the Score.

And to get the Total Score as you described it — 100 - Score, you will add another Form Calculation widget on the form and you will set it up like this.

    Here's how it works:

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please do not hesitate to let us know and give us more details.
