payment submission limit didn't reset after upgrading

    Hello I just upgraded, so the submission limit per month should start the day I upgraded, not submission that was down before upgrade for you to send me a msg telling me I need to upgrade again what is that I just did upgrade, please clear current submissions so it shows 0 to date, not last years or last months or submission before upgrade that is not good business practice to add what is already completed before upgrading. forcing one to go or spend higher then they can afford.

    The submission count doesn't reset when you create or change subscriptions.  The limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users.  If you are already over the upgraded limits, it would require upgrading further.
