Having issues with our Stock Request Form

    Please see the attached screenshot showing that we cannot see past the top two lines on any of our Area Managers ipads.  They only show as far as BRI Britex Machine blue and RDR Rug Doctor Machine red and then additional notes and submit.  There are many spare parts in between these areas.

    Before they had access to all parts.

    Please let us know what can be done to fix this.

    I tested your form 62150978141859 by using different kinds of iPad models and different browsers and could not be able to replicate the issue.

    As shown below:

    If you recently made changes to your form, browsers on the devices may still be loading the form from their cache which may cause errors viewing it. So my suggestion would be clearing browsers cache on the iPads you mentioned. You can also try using a different web browser.

    If the issue persists for you, please let us know. Also if you can provide detailed device and browser information, we would be happy to further investigate the issue.
